Jeremy Blake is a fictional character and major antagonist of the British soap opera drama show Hollyoaks. He first debuted in 19th June 2024 and started out as a central character before becoming the show's secondary antagonist throughout 2025.

In his characterisation, Jeremy is a member of the Blake Family and the twin brother of Patrick Blake - thereby meaning the latter's parents Charles and Martha were also Jeremy's parents too. He is also the biological father of Sienna Blake and Dodger Savage.

He is portrayed by Jeremy Sheffield, who had formerly played the character's twin Patrick Blake in the same show.
