Jerome is Franklin Saint's uncle and Cissy Saint's brother.

Jerome Saint had a criminal past from an early age, when he grew up, he joined a black gang that came into conflict with some Latinos, probably Mexicans, losing. Jerome remained dealing weed in his neighborhood abandoning any connection with old friends or colleagues and decided to remain in his neighborhood until the arrival of Franklin Saint who at a certain point made Jerome decide to aim for expansion.
Snowfall[]
During the events of Snowfall Jerome became more and more attached to his nephew so much so that he followed his ideas and his business and became a partner of Franklin Saint and Leon Simmons, becoming part of "The Family" after the cocaine sales, however his life was increasingly put at risk, there was a lot of money and therefore many friends tried to eliminate him like Biscuit and his brother who broke into the house trying to eliminate him or many others, Jerome will get Franklin out of prison and will help him by giving him many advice but in the end he will end up going against him and will be killed by Kane Hamilton, who kidnapped Louanne alongside his crew and Percy, angering Franklin Saint who didn't want him dead.
