Jessica Priest is a major antagonist of the 1997 film Spawn. She is Jason Wynn's right-hand woman and an assassin who helped her boss to kill Al Simmons, who later became the heroic vigilante, Spawn.

She is a ruthless and murderous assassin who has no problem doing dirty work for Wynn and conspired with Wynn's diabolical plan.
Jessica first appears in Wynn's office at A-6 Headquarters while he talks to Simmons about the airport kill zone was supposed to be clear of civilians, which Wynn replies that it was an unfortunate, but necessary sacrifice. Simmons tells him to Jessica do his dirty work and tries to quit, Wynn gives him his file, listing him as a borderline psychopath and killing machine. Before he arranges for Simmons' transfer, he has him do one last operation: North Korean refinery secretly producing biological weapons and carefully destroy all biochemical viruses.
Once Simmons reaches the biochemical, he sees planned bombs all over the place. Wynn appears and is questions by Simmons. Wynn claims that priorities have changed and that if the virus is the release it would kill 8,000 townspeople. Simmons tries to shoot Wynn but is shot by Jessica Priest. Priest sprays gasoline on Simmons and Wynn throws a cigarette at him, setting the soldier on fire and the plant to explode.
At A-6 Headquarters, Wynn is seen watching the news Terry Fitzgerald talking to XNN Anchor Natalie Ford about the CIA only acts to protect the government's economic interests in the regions of conflict, he reveals to Priest that the Heat-16 is ready and plans to take over the world.
At the party, Terry and Wynn are informed that about a break-in at the A-6's armory. As Wynn attempts to leave the party, Spawn appears from the roof and attacks Wynn. After realizing that Spawn is Simmons, Wynn informs Priest about the situation and orders her to kill Spawn. As Spawn corners her, Jessica attempts a groin attack on him, he uses his skull-shaped belt to bite her, causing her to scream in agony. Jessica believed that he didn't have the guts to shot her. However, she was shot and killed by Spawn. In the aftermath, Wynn sees Jessica's corpse and is saddened by her death.
