He was approached by Sloane Tuxhorn of the Tuxhorn family, as she wanted his help in digging up info on Tariq Bolad, who was due to testify against her accused brother Oliver Tuxhorn in a rape/murder. He initially declined but Sloane offered him a large amount of money and he told her they were in business. He dug into Tariq's life and learned about Tariq's best friend Amir Dafallah who he saw was struggling to make a living in the city. Radovick used a payphone and pretended to be INS, putting in an anonymous tip about Amir to get him fired from his job, counting on Amir becoming distraught to draw out Tariq who was in police protection.
His plan worked as the two met at a secluded location and Radovick made sure to follow them to their location and awaited Amir's leave to approach Tariq. He initially offered Tariq money to change his story but when it seemed liked Tariq was reaching for a gun, he drew and shot him dead, discovering it was simply a phone. Horrified, Radovick covered his tracks by breaking into Amir's home and planting the murder weapon in his home.
After Tariq's body was found, Intelligence looked into Amir when finding the gun but he was proven innocent once he was revealed to be in a different location at the time of the murder and they discovered the fake call from INS.
Soon the unit found about Cook having Radovick investigate Tariq. Alvin choose to visit him, since he knew Radovick personally. The two friends caught up and Alvin brought up how Radovick was involved with the Tuxhorn family, before bringing up the murder of a witness. Radovick feigns shock but is able to derail attention from himself by claiming he refused to give the oldest son Leo the location of Tariq because he wanted to redeem himself with his family but brushed Radovick's refusal off, giving Intelligence a new suspect. However, upon being apprehended, Leo gave Intelligence a credible alibi.
Soon Intelligence discovered the conspiracy with Tuxhorn that revealed Sloane Tuxhorn's involvement in the plot and her deal with Radovick. They brought in Sloane and after being pressured, she revealed she did in fact get Radovick the money, but she only did so to have him bribe the witness to change the story, not murder him. Sloane stated something went wrong and she confirmed her brother Oliver's involvement.
Having confirmed his guilt, Alvin went to meet Radovick again and he asked about getting Leo though Alvin mention the things that got him dismissed. Realizing he's onto him, Radovick asked him if he'd really take the word of troubled addict over his own friend but is confronted with the evidence provided by Sloane who laid out his involvement. Alvin calmly ordered him to stand and put his hands up, as Radovick begs him because he has children though complies after being asked again. As he was disarmed and cuffed, Radovick went over what led to the murder and stated it was a freak accident, pleading to Alvin to not report it as premediated murder. However, he was silenced when Alvin brought up how he was more than willing to break in the home of an innocent man, frame him, and willingly accepted a bribe. Alvin then hauls his former friend off.
Radovick is ultimately incarcerated for his crimes of murder, burglary, false incrimination, and conspiracy.
