Not much is known of him, other than he has several kids. A former cop, he was good friends with Alvin Olinsky and Hank Voight at their old police district. He got dismissed from the job, due to allegations of excessive force, accepting bribes, and making false arrests.
At some point, he took up work as a private investigator, working for Dominick Cook, the partner of a law firm to investigate witnesses for the defense. Radovick acknowledged it was not an ideal profession but was content at not answering to bosses or dealing with politics.

Radovick was hired by wealthy girl Sloane Tuxhorn to convince witness Tariq to change his story against her imprisoned brother. He initially declined but after she offered a large sum of money, did he agree. Radovick dug into Tariq's life and learned of his friend Amir Dafallah who he saw was struggling in the city. He used a payphone in downtown, in which he pretended to be INS to get Amir fired, so that way he would call Tariq and lure him out of his protection detail. The plan worked, as Amir and Tariq met up with Radovick waiting until Amir left to approach Tariq.
He attempted to bribe Tariq into changing his story about Oliver Tuxhorn murdering a woman until he thought Tariq was reaching for a gun, so he drew fast and shot him dead. After Tariq went down, he discovered it was really a phone that he reached for. Realizing what he had done, he covered his tracks and broke into Amir Dafallah's house, where he planted the murder weapon and framed him in the process. With that done, he promptly fled.
When his friend Det. Alvin Olinsky visits him at his job, they caught up before his association with the Tuxhorn family is mentioned and Tariq being killed. Radovick feigns shock and is able to derail attention from him by revealing he was hired by the Tuxhorn family but refused their offers. He also gave them Leo Tuxhorn, the drug addicted brother of Oliver Tuxhorn and Sloane, to make it seem like the latter wanted to redeem himself to his family. However, Leo was innocent and had provided an alibi but revealed more of the family plot, leading Intelligence to Sloane and realizing Radovick is involved.
When questioned, Sloane told Intelligence that she did hire Radovick to find Tariq, but she did not pay him to murder Tariq, stating something went wrong. In his office, he greets Olinsky again and asks if he ever found Leo, but Olinsky answered by bringing up what got him terminated as a cop. Realizing he's been exposed; he tries to question if Olinsky would really believe a troubled addict over him but is confronted with the evidence provided by Sloane. Olinsky calmly orders Radovick to stand but the latter pleads that he has kids to care for. However, Olinsky repeats his request, and he complies while going over what led up to the murder, revealing that it was accidental. Radovick frantically begs Alvin to ensure that it is not reported as premediated murder, though was silenced when it was pointed out how Radovick willingly accepted a bribe and attempted to frame an innocent man for his crimes. Olinsky then cuffs his former friend and hauls him off.
He was charged with conspiracy, false incrimination, and murder.
