Hello, Jimmy. It appears you commited a crime. We expect you in court.
~ The Judge's Subpoena in Case 5 (Good Path Judge Only)
Kid, stealing is such an evil thing. Come to court or I will drag you here myself.
~ The Judge's Subpoena in Case 5 (Bad Judge Path Only)

Jimmy is one of the main antagonists of the 2021 video game Judge 3D: Court Affairs, serving as The Main Antagonist of Case 5.

He is a young orphan who, since he was very hungry, decided to steal some fruit from a local market for himself, ultimately resulting in his arrest for trial for The Judge to decide his fate for what he did.

Like many other characters, including The Judge himself, his voice actor is unknown, but it is assumed that the voice is AI generated.

Biography[]

Past[]

Nothing much is known about Jimmy before he became an orphan or who his parents were. At one point in his life, he decided to steal some fruit from a local market to have for himself because he was very hungry. Unfortunely, he was caught by the police and arrested for his crimes to stand trial, receiving a subpoena from a judge, ordering him to come to court.

Judge 3D: Court Affairs (Case 5: The Case of The Little Thief)[]

He was briefly mentioned by his lawyer (who wasn't getting paid for this case; she only took it because Jimmy's a little kid) to The Judge, who is sure that he has some sense and moral in him before telling him that if Jimmy really did it, he probably stole some food because he was hungry. But he either scoffs "Haha! You are a fool if you aren't getting paid, I don't care." or answers that "Ok, I got your point. I will consider." Depending on his response, she calls him an evil man and swears she will do her best or thanks him, calling him a good man before leaving for court.

At the day of the trial, the court was in chaos with the prosecuter ordering the judge to put him in jail, saying that "Crime is Crime!" while the lawyer tried to reason that Jimmy is just a kid and he was hungry. The judge then banged his gavel three times, yelling "Silence!" and everybody calmed down. The prosecuter reveals he brought a witness; the owner of the local supermarket who Jimmy robbed from. The man stood and angrily proclaimed that Jimmy is a thief and he wants him to pay for his crimes immediantly. But the lawyer interrupts with "Objection, your honor! He is just a kid, he stole because he was hungry." If the judge overrules it, the owner continues "Your honor, crime has no age! He deserves to be in jail!"

Good Judge Path[]

Jimmy then speaks up, apologizing that he's here for a crime. The judge aplogizes in return, saying that he can't lie to him since he's under oath. Jimmy promises he will try his best and the judge asks him "Did you steal something from the market?" In response, the kid asks what would the judge say if he was in his shoes and replies that if he did it, he was very hungry. Annoyed, the judge tells him that if he confesses, he can get a reduction in his sentence, but Jimmy decides to go for a no sentence. To prove his crime, the judge shows the CD disc and presents camera footage of the incident. This surprised Jimmy, who asks if he is going to jail now. But he gets sent free from the judge, much to his surprise. He then promises "I will be a good boy, next time! I promise."

Bad Judge Path[]

Jimmy then speaks up, apologizing that he's here for a crime, so the judge reminds him he's under oath and that he can't lie to him. Jimmy promises he will try his best and the judge asks him "Don't waste my time and tell me: Did you steal?" In response, the kid asks what would the judge say if he was in his shoes and replies that if he did it, he was very hungry. Annoyed, the judge tells him not to waste time and confess now, but Jimmy decides to go for a no sentence. In order to prove him guilty, the judge shows the CD disc and presents camera footage of the incident. This surprised Jimmy, who asks if he is going to jail now. But he gets executed for thievery. However, if the judge decides to send him to jail, before the guards take him away, Jimmy asks why this is happening, saying he's just hungry.

Personality[]

Would you say anything if you were in my position? If I had to do it, I would be very hungry.
~ Jimmy testing The Judge's morality

Jimmy is very wise even though he is just a kid as shown when he asks the Judge if he would say anything if he was in Jimmy's shoes when The Judge asks him to confess his crimes. He also doesn't care about himself when he asks if he's going to jail after the court shows evidince in a CD disc of him stealing food from a local market, possibly foreshadowing that he doesn't care about the consequences of what happens to him.

Apperance[]

Jimmy is a young kid with fair skin and a skinny build. For his attire, he wears a blue cap on his head with a red shirt that says "45" on it in white color and green cargo pants.
