Biography
The Baker and Murtaugh kids start interacting and making friends, which Tom begins to fear is having a bad influence on them. Jimmy also starts to become very competitive, due to his jealousy towards Tom, and it ultimately escalates to the Bakers and Murtaughs competing in the Labor Day cup again, this time to see how well they're raising their kids. This, in turn, causes Tom's kids, particularly Sarah, to resent him. But, they make amends at the cup, and they end up tied with the Murtaughs. During a tie-breaker canoe race, Nora's water breaks. The Bakers signal the Murtaughs, but Jimmy is determined to beat his adversary; his family convinces him to get over his competitive attitude and help the Bakers. Jimmy and his whole family are present when Nora gives birth to her baby, and he also develops a friendlier relationship with Tom.
