Jimmy Williams is the main antagonist of the cyanide and happiness, short The Campaign Ad, and it’s sequel The Acceptance Speech.

Biography

The Campaign Ad

In his first appearance, he’s being talked down to by a man named Tom Harris. We’re in the video. He is listing many things that Jimmy William has done while Jimmy William seems to approve all of these messages. Most of these accusations involve him being a creep and a racist, being out of touch with America, and not knowing the names of his own children. The ad also claims that he enjoys paying his taxes with other peoples taxes dressing up like a baby, and also claims that he was the zodiac killer. The episode ends with the narrator saying that Jimmy Williams has a tiny penis and Jimmy taking his pants off to prove it.

The Acceptance Speech

in the sequel, it’s revealed that Tom Harris won the election in a landslide, but ironically ended up being killed in a landslide, resulting in Jimmy, taking up the presidency. after winning the presidency, Jimmy Williams tells the audience how bad it is that he is now running saying that they’re going to need a Superman to fly around the Earth twice to fix what he is going to do along with making a racist joke.he then proceeds to list a series of new rules for America, such including replacing money with bubblegum, legalizing cocaine, making hair a federal crime, drilling space shuttles into the earth, making blue no longer an acceptable color palette, and replacing the American language with one he made up called Jimmy talk. He ends his speech by leaving the stadium showing he is still not wearing pants and asking where the nuclear button is.

The Sniper

Jimmy Williams returns in the short, the sniper where he is about to be taken out by an assassin. A sniper is tired to take out the killer but unfortunately keeps getting distracted by 90s style parade balloons. at the end of the short, the sniper ends up shooting through a giant parade balloon of his father.

Description

Jimmy Williams appears as an elderly man with balding gray hair. he has large lips, pronounced chin, and a tooth gap. he also dresses very politically in a black pinstriped tuxedo and red tie.

Personality

Jimmy Williams is a corrupt politician and perverted creep who seems to get off on his own humiliation. he enjoys, letting other people know about his crimes, including embezzlement, indecent exposure and possibly even murder. he also appears to be rather wacky and ridiculous as shown according to the laws that he created once becoming president.
