Assassination Jingi is the Scorpion-themed Alienizer and a professional alien assassin, that has more than one thousand kills in his career. He serves as a minor antagonist in Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger, serving as the main antagonist of the 41st episode.
He is voiced by Minami Takayama who is most well known as Shinichi Kudo in Case Closed but is also known as Hao Asakura in Shaman King, Izuru Kamukura in the Danganronpa video game series, Envy in Fullmetal Alchemist, the Knuckle Joes in Kirby: Right Back at Ya!, Alphamon in Digital Monster X-Evolution, Ninja Williams in Tekken: The Motion Picture, Adil Hoxha in the Japanese dub of The Simpsons, Kelly Van Ryan in the Japanese dub of Wild Things and Soyona Santos in the Japanese dub of Jurassic World Dominion.

Past[]
Born on the planet Assassin, Jingi is an alien born with the ability to transfer energy into the whip on his head to then swing it and seemingly vaporise anyone it touches. Instead, it sends them into a dimension from which they never return and even he is unsure where it goes. Knowing his many skills and abilities, Jingi becomes an assassin and hitman for hire; eventually becoming an affiliate of the Intergalactic Mafia after racking up over 1000 kills.
Dekaranger[]
Eventually, Assassination Jingi is hired by the alien mafia boss Zabunian Don Blaco to kill his rival Guirarkian Don Bianco. Jingi is first seen when he encounters Don Bianco. who explains to Jingi that he already heard about him. Although surprise and thrilled, even telling Bianco that he is surprised that he is so famous. Jingi explains to Bianco that he was hired to kill him. Bianco told Jingi that he heard about his secret technique and sadistically mocks Bianco, asking him if he prepared to die and Bianco tells the alien assasin that he prepared for Gingi's arrival, showing Jingi that his henchmen aere actually Batsuroids in disguise. Bianco starts taunting Jingi but, once he calls Jingi's technique pathetic, Jingi becomes extremely angry and kills Bianco. Alerted by a previous tip-off, Sen arrives just after the murders and asks Jingi what he did but Jingi answers that he is an eraser and the mafia boss insulted his technique and payed the price. Jingi calls his ability a piece of art but Sen is disgusted by Jingi's crimes but calls his technique pointless so he attacks DekaGreen. After a brief fight, Jingi defeats Sen and traps him in a room that is slowly shrinking, threatening to crush Sen.
Later, Jingi returns to the house of his employer Don Blaco who congratulates him for his work and pays him his money. However, Jingi is unsatisfied of his reward, calling it far too small but Blaco refuses to give more; considering told Gingi that his reward was fair, because all he did this time was erase Bianco and he will receive paymant for his services each time. Jingi tells Blaco not to compare him to the ordinary killers but Biaco calls Gingi an ordinary killer and hates him talking so Jingi grows angry and kills Bianco and some Batsuroids he summons despite Bianco offering the money.
When the Dekarangers arrive, whilst Banban searches for Senichi, Jingi leaps out of the room and jumps onto the buildings. While the four Dekarangers followed Jingi, Sen askes Ban to stay in the room and describe it to him to help Sen solve the mystery of Jingi's ability. Jingi jumps to on the street,convinced that he won and succeeded, but encounters the four Dekarangers. When the Dekarangers ask Jingi where he trapped Sen, Jingi forces them to fight him if they want him to reveal where Sen was While Ban helps Sen solve the mystery of Jingi's technique, Jingi easily defeats the four Dekarangers and decides the heroes with his secret technique. When he tries to erase them however, Sen has already solved the mystery of the technique and Ban tells his friends to get down and they dodge Jingi's chain attack. Sen realizes that Jingi's chain is sending people to the other dimension but only hits anyone standing up so the Dekarangers activate S.W.A.T. Mode and easily defeat Jingi, blasting off his chain. Tetsu then captures Jingi who decides that he has no choice reveals where he trapped Sen so Hoji calls Ban to order to go to a shipping container in the harbour and save Sen. However, Jingi taunts the five heroes, telling them that Sen could be already crushed. Gingi then freed himsslf from Tetsu's grip and summons his Ultimate Devil Mecha. At first, Tetsu fighst Jingi in DekaBike Robo but Ban quickly fresd Sen and the other Dekarangers form DekaWing Robo. Together, DekaBike Robo and DekaWing Robo easily defeat Jingi's Ultimate Devil and throw him into space. Helpless to stop it, Assassin Jingi is judged for comitting a thousand murders and found guilty so the Dekarangers Delete the assassin with the DekaWing Cannon.
Personality[]
Assassination Jingi is an arrogant, sadistic and egotistical, is proud of his secret technique and hates and becomes murderously angry whenever when someone insults his abilities. Despite being a completely ruthless and sadistic killer though, Jingi considers his ability to be a piece of art and believed that the mystery of his secret technique would never be solved.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Hand to Hand Combat: Assassination Jingi is an extremely skilled hand to hand combat, first overwhelming Sen and then four of the Dekarangers with his bare hands and feet.
- Robot Pilot: Assassination Jingi is a very skilled robot pilot, as seen when he matched DekaBike Robo in battle in Ultimate Devil.
Weaknesses[]
- Height Limit: Due to his height, Assassination Jingi's whip is only able to hit anyone standing up so ducking means that it completely misses the target.
Arsenal[]
- Fists: Although armed with no weapons, Assassination Jingi is an extremely skilled hand to hand fighter with his bare fists and feet.
- Assassination Whip: Jingi's signature attack possesses a secret technique, a chain on his head can send someone to another dimension.
- Heavy Industrial Machine Ultimate Evil: After escaping from the Dekarangers' grasp, Jingi entered the giant devil shaped robot and used it to fight DekaBike and DekaWing Robos.
