Jircniv Rune Farlord El-Nix is the overarching antagonist of the Kadokawa's Overlord franchise.
He is the Emperor of the Baharuth Empire. He initially opposed Ainz Ooal Gown before submitting to him.
After frist meet Ainz, He attemptee to have all human alliances to attack Ainz and his kingdom of Nazarick, until he discovered the great power of the undead king, he was terrified that he did something horrible that he shouldn't have done, which shows that he is indirectly responsible for Ainz's cruel actions and for the countless deaths of the people of E-Rantel and the rest of the New World.
He is voiced by Takahiro Sakurai in Japanese and Austin Tindle in the English Dub.

He has the appearance of a young male with blond hair and red eyes with the outfit of a emperor.

During his young age he purged the nobility upon taking office and killed all of his family members to remain in power. He became known the blood emperor and waged wars against the Re-Estate Kingdom.
One day he heard of a Sorceer known of Ainz Ooal Gown and a Hero named Momom as he was interested in them and determined to recruit them into his empire.
He was told by Fluder Paradyne of a tomb and had workers sent in there, when they were killed and two dark elves told their master is unhappy and threaten to destroy his empire unless a apology is given. He had a noble killed as a scapegoat and after witnessing inside of Nazirack he was determined that Narizack is a danger to the New World and try to secretly have a fake alliance to have human nations band together, and had Ainz demonstrate his power at Kata Plains battle to show how dangerous he is which ended beyond his exceptions horrified of the mass deaths.
When he attempt to have a meeting between the Slane Theorcy members but due to bad coincidences with Ainz showing up at their meeting, they thought he sold them out to Ainz and when he knew he lost all chance of standing up he decided to submit to vassal state.
