Biography[]
Jiro remained an orphan from an early age and was involved in the criminal world, in which he greatly excelled. Apparently, he was an exceptional servant of the Japanese syndicates, who did not lose any of their fingers. As an adult, Jiro fell in love with the daughter of the mafia boss and gained mistrust among the members of the clan. He was betrayed, sent to prison for a long time and left the fate of his wife and son in the hands of the Yakuza clan. After his imprisonment, he found out that his wife was dead and his son Kento is missing. Full of anger and rage, Jiro attacked members of the group and killed his former boss, from whom he learned that his son had fled to the United States. To find his son, Jiro arrived to America.
Ultimately, the search for the Jiro turned out to be meaningless. At first, he found out that he and his son were on opposite sides of the barricades, and later Bain killed Kento during his escape, without allowing Jiro to talk with Kento. The only thing left in memory of his son is his personal knife.
After the dissolution of the PAYDAY gang, Jiro returned to Japan and ran into his old Yakuza friends. After settling his personal accounts and avenging his wife and child, he left Japan and decided never to return. There are legends that he is now wandering the earth in search of enlightenment (secret, good ending).
In FBI Files[]
Due to the few glimpses we have had of his body tattoos, this most recent member of the Payday crew is obviously a yakuza. Cross-referencing this with the fact he has not suffered amputation of a finger must mean he was an exceptional servant of the Japanese syndicates, despite obviously being the oldest member of the Payday crew.
“Jiro” routinely surprises officers by not only seem to come back from near death, but to come back stronger. His trademark weapon is a Japanese samurai sword, known as a katana. This is not a common weapon, and is very easy to identify.
