Joe Cabot is a criminal mastermind and crime boss that specializes in armed robberies, hijackings, and moving and selling stolen property. Cabot puts together "jobs", along with his son "Nice Guy" Eddie Cabot, by recruiting different career criminals and planning out the details of each robbery. Cabot serves as the main antagonist of the Quentin Tarantino film Reservoir Dogs.

He was played by the late Lawrence Tierney.
