Changes: Herbert the Pervert

Herbert, or Mr. Herbert, is an elderly rich neighbor in Family Guy. Though maybe not an actual villain, Herbert is a stalker toward little boys and tries to subdue them. "He" has a crush on Chris Griffin, and constantilly stalks him. At one point, Herbert looked at Chris' window and watched him shirtless spinning the shirt around. Also known as Herbert the Pervert or Old Man Herbert.

Is Herbert a Woman?

There has been rumors that Herbert might, might be a woman. Herbert stalks young boys, and when Brian asked for "his" surrport to approve gay marriage, all Herbert said was; "Get off my property you p******." When Peter, Lois and Brian went on vaction, they asked Herbert if "He" could babysit Chris, Meg and Stewie. When Herbert asked if someone could give him a bath because of being old, "he" was hoping that Chris would do it, but when Meg ends up doing it Herbert says: "Aw, Rats!" He also treated Meg like garbage and kindness towards Chris. But one of the most bizzare clues out of all of the other clues is; in one Episode, Chris had to work for Herbert for the weekend. One of the weekends, Herbert and Chris went to a fancy Resturant, and when Herbert got "his" and Chris' picture, Herbert had a strange fantasy when "he" and Chris got married. In the fantasy, Herbert plays the role of Audrey from the Little Shop of Horrors, and Chris is "his" husband. They would have two kids, a son that looked like Chris, and a daughter that looks like Herbert.
