John Wayne Gacy is the villain protagonist of the 2003 thriller/horror film Gacy. He is a fictionalized version of the serial killer and rapist John Wayne Gacy, who sexually assaulted and killed over 33 men and boys in three states.

He is portrayed by Mark Holton.

Story

The product of an abusive home, John was a psychopathic sexual predator who preyed on teenage boys and young men. He hid his true nature behind a cheerful, friendly facade, and he was well-liked and trusted in his community. Eventually, however, he was arrested for the rape and murder of several boys and young men, whom he had buried in the crawl space under his house.
