Johney was Toecutter's protage who commited many crimes include rapes and murdered people. When Max and his friend Jim "Goose" Rains arrested Johney for participant in gang rape of woman and beating her boyfriend almost to death but they refused to tefised against Johney in the trail so he bailed out which caused Goose's anger on Johney. later Johnny sabotages Goose with Toecutter's help, next day Goose's bike was high speed caused injured him but Johnny was present with Toecutter.
