Jordan Lockett is an antagonist in Chicago P.D. He's a member of the G Park Lords and the mastermind behind the murder of Noah Johnson.
Background[]
One day, Jordan's sister would be raped by a southern gang member named Bryan Johnson. Sometime later, Jordan receives information that Johnson was to blame for the rape of his sister, what Jordan did not know was that the Brian Johnson he went after was a different person to the person who raped his sister, the only thing they had in common was that they shared a name, not knowing that he was about to take revenge on the wrong man. Jordan throws a party at the house of one of his friends, Jesse Kemp, there was also Colin Lowe and Jordan's younger brother, Andre Lockett. There Jordan proposes to kill Brian's son in retaliation. Colin and Jesse did not want to do it but since Brian had a higher rank in the G Park Lords they could not refuse, the trio manage to locate Brian Johnson's son, named Noah Johnson. They followed the boy in a white van, Colin and Jesse were in charge of being the lookouts while Jordan and his younger brother Andre were in charge of taking Noah to the secluded spot at the end of the street, where Jordan instructed Andre to kill Noah with 3 shots, they later burned the van used in the murder. Noah's homicide led to shootouts between G Park Lords and Brian Johnson's gang, the Westside Posse.
The Cases That Need to Be Solved[]
Jesse Kemp's cousin, Chelsea Kemp, gives her testimony before Erin Lindsay, revealing the meeting that Jordan had with Colin and Jesse, with this the Chicago police realize that Jordan was the mastermind of the murder of Noah Johnson.
Officer Kevin Atwater and Det. Alvin Olinsky quickly go to Jordan's house, because there was a possibility that Brian's gang would find him first and kill him, upon arriving at Jordan's house they find Jordan on the ground, begging, in front of Jordan was Miles Johnson, Noah's uncle, who wanted to kill Jordan as revenge for Noah's death. Kevin and Alvin manage to convince Miles to put the gun down, later Kevin Atwater arrests Jordan, while Miles was allowed to leave.
In interrogation room, Jordan asks if it was true that they had the wrong target, but Det. Antonio Dawson says it doesn't matter, since Jordan had shot a 6-year-old boy in the face. Unremorseful, Jordan tells him that he did it to defend his sister's honor and sarcastically asks Antonio what he would have done the same if his own sister, Gabriela Dawson was raped. Slowly getting infuriated, Antonio says that he would likely go crazy, but he knows that wouldn't shoot a child that young 3 times while condemning him for ending the innocent kid's life. Hank Voight attempts to calm Antonio down, as Det. Jay Halstead leads the protesting Antonio out of the room, leaving Hank and Jordan alone. Jordan simply scoffs, saying that Antonio did not understand anything, as he reveals that it was actually his little brother Andre who killed Noah. Voight realizes Jordan is telling him this because Andre could not be charged with the murder because he was a minor, before he incriminates himself by revealing he taught him to do it to defend himself.
Jordan would later be incarcerated for facilitating Noah's murder.
