Jordan Pryce

Jordan Pryce is a supporting antagonist in the DCAU film Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker.

He was voiced by Mark Hamill, who also voiced The Joker in the same film and the DC Animated Universe, as well as fellow DCAU villains Ferris Boyle, Tony Zucco, and Solomon Grundy, Darth Bane in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Chucky in the 2019 remake of Child's Play, Trickster in The Flash (as well as his Arrowverse incarnation), Adrian Ripburger in Recess! History[]

Jordan Pryce was initially next in line to take Paxton Powers' former role as chief executive officer of Wayne Enterprises but that changed when Bruce Wayne started taking up an active role in the company again. Jordan was extremely angry at being denied his chance at a promotion something which The Joker took advantage of by putting him in contact with his henchmen, the Jokerz. Joker made a deal with Pryce that he would hand over security codes to Wayne Enterprises in exchange for the Jokerz taking out Bruce Wayne, a deal which he accepted with little hesitation.

The assassination attempt on Bruce failed, but Pryce was still ready to celebrate his ascension to his new position as CEO. However little did he know he had been betrayed by The Joker who wanted to tie up all loose ends. Pryce was informed of this by his girlfriend Amy but by then it was too late. He was tied up inside his yacht and was being targeted by a satellite The Joker had programmed to destroy Gotham City. However, he was rescued by Batman and eventually arrested after he was exposed for conspiring with the Jokerz gang and nearly assassinating Bruce Wayne.

Trivia[]

Jordan Pryce was created to be a red herring for the mysterious return of The Joker due to his similar appearance.
