Jorge Franco is a target and one of the two secondary antagonists of the "Three-Headed Serpent" mission (alongside Andrea Martinez) of Hitman 2.
Biography
Jorge Franco was born in Santiago, Chile. His father was an abusive drunk who abused Jorge and his siblings and also had dubious connections to strange foreign men.
In 1973, the Pinochet regime took over. Jorge's father disappeared in 1976. Jorge and his mother and siblings fled to Argentina and then to America, presumably by his mother exposing his father's connections to the American government.
Graduating from a college in the early 80s, Jorge Franco found himself a wife and child and a job as a chemistry teacher. Over the years, his mother died and he racked up a substantial gambling debt. After the Pinochet regime fell, Franco ran back to Chile, leaving his wife and child to fend for themselves.
While he never discovered what happened to his father, Franco met renowned winemaker and local drug lord Fernando Delgado, who waived his debts in exchange for his services. Recruited into Delgado's employ, Franco steadfastly served him until Delgado and his son Manuel were assassinated. Franco, traumatized, went into hiding, but was rediscovered by Delgado's nephew, Rico Delgado, and resumed his services to the Delgado Cartel.
Personality
Jorge Franco is an oddball genius. Referring to himself as "We" and making long rambling speeches, it's clear there is something off with the man. Regardless, he is a brilliant innovator and a respected member of the Delgado Cartel.
