Jorge and Valeri Castillo are minor antagonists in season 1 of TV show dexter, serving as the main antagonists and victims of the episode "love American style."
Biography[]
While having lunch with Debra Morgan, Dexter finds out that the maid of Rita Bennet, Yelina, doesn't know where her fiancé, Ernesto Rodriguez is, so he looks for his whereabouts.
Dexter talks to Officer Gerard about known human smugglers and Dexter finds the most probable suspect is Jorge Castillo. Dexter goes to Jorge's scrapyard and sparks a conversation by saying that his name is "Dave Cutler", But he is forced to leave when he says he is looking for a car part. Later he sneaks into the scrapyard at night and finds multiple mattresses and clothes, but he doesn't suspect he killed anyone.
He realizes that Jorge Castillo has a wife and lives a life of luxury, so he spies on him and wrongly deduces that Jorge's wife most likely doesn't know what he is doing. Dexter sneaks up on the Castillo's boat and finds multiple dead bodies in the ocean, finally knowing they fit the code. the next day the bodies of their victims show up on beach and the police and dexter go on to check the crime scene.
The Kill[]
Dexter watches as Jorge threatens to kill multiple Cuban immigrants if they don't pay the money to survive, Dexter has already set up a memento of his victims on the wall, so, he injects him with M99/Etorphine, afterwards his wife comes, and Dexter knocks her out to. On their death bed they profess their love to each other, dexter puts cotton in both of the mouths, and stabs Jorge, but he kills Valeri by slitting her throat instead, due to not having enough time, and finally dumping their bodies in the lake.
