Josh Bernstein is a minor supporting character in the 2013 video game Grand Theft Auto V, appearing as a minor antagonist in a series of Strangers * Freaks missions. He is a ruined famous realty agent, who has Trevor Philips destroy his concurrent's sales and burn down his mansion to gain more money.
He was portrayed by Joseph Adams.

Josh is a real estate agent in Los Santos, residing in Rockford Hills, faces challenges as his company grapples with economic decline. Additionally, his personal license has been revoked, stemming from the actions of his former business partner.
Josh was once married with children, but he later left his first wife for another woman, who then became his second wife.
Grand Theft Auto V[]
Trevor Philips encounters Josh near his impending foreclosed mansion in Rockford Hills. Josh requests Trevor to sabotage "For Sale" signs at his ex-partner Lenny Avery's properties. In return, Josh promises to arrange a meeting for Trevor with a woman, and Trevor successfully completes the task, receiving the promised reward at the Bilingsgate Motel.
Josh enlists Trevor's help once more, this time to intimidate Lenny Avery into reducing his sales. Promising Trevor another night with the woman, Josh later discloses that the woman is his wife, who's been prostituting herself to fund Josh's efforts to sabotage competitors by hiring criminals.
In a final request, Josh asks Trevor to burn down his Rockford Hills mansion before foreclosure for insurance. Trevor complies, but when seeking payment, Josh betrays him, involving the police and accusing Trevor of stalking and arson for burning down the house.
As police officers confront Trevor, frightened Josh attempts to escape to his car. Players have the choice to either kill Josh or let him go to escape the police faster, but killing Josh is required for 100% completion of the mission.
