Joshua "Josh" Maverick is the secondary antagonist of the 2014 Cartoon Network series Clarence. He was once an ordinary clerk who worked in a store, however he was driven insane by the constant harassment of Clarence's friend Sumo, seeking to get revenge on the latter for the humiliations he suffered through his body. He is Sumo's arch-enemy.

Josh Josh has fair skin, large ears, an overbite, a round nose, and a scar on the right side of his face. He also has curly brown hair and a thin mustache where he work at the supermarket. and he have been annoyed by Clarence and sumo where Josh attempt to kill Clarence and Sumo.
Biography[]
He use to work at Food Nephews and later became a nature guide. He makes his first appearance in "Lost in the Supermarket." Joshua prefers to be called "Josh." He and Sumo appear to have a bad history with each other. It is revealed that Sumo attacked Joshua at some point and gave him a scar on his right cheek.
He did get his revenge where he becomes a fat pirate while he is about to kill Clarence in the water park where he done in the porta potty. He is self centered. Once he acted like a villain to Clarence and Sumo.
And then he make a evil business lunch school from Aberdale Elementary has now transformed into Rough Riders Elementary. where Joshua is leading a school assembly,
