Josias Ramos is a minor antagonist in the TV series Get Shorty. He is portrayed by Raoul Max Trujillo.
Biography[]
Josias is the leader of a mid-level criminal organization that runs and works mostly in Northern Nevada and coexists with Amara's organization that runs the South. They lived together for a long time until a dispute broke out due to some territorial issues. Initially the waters were calm but when Amara's organization started having some problems with the feds Joasias tried to make an agreement with Amara making her angry for the bad percentage and for trying to subdue her in the discussion by unwittingly making her pass for a low-level leader. After threatening Joasias she leaves and he and his angry group go back Joasias orders Lyle to kill some drug dealers and he kills a teenage boy who was working for a friend of Yago. After giving Amara trouble, Yago contacts Lyle telling him that he wants to betray her however he wanted a meeting with Joasias, the latter accepts. Joasias after meeting with Yago when they talk to him Yago goes away to take shelter after leaving the shed and an armed team sent by Amara shoots everyone killing everyone leaving Lyle injured.
