Juan Martinez, also known as "El Numero", is a major antagonist of Crackdown. He is one of the generals of Los Muertos acting as its treasurer. he serves as a major antagonist in the Los Muertos arc.

Juan Martinez was one of the generals and a treasurer of Los Muertos. He was with Don Domingo "El Brazo" Garcia from the beginning and most likely the second in charge. Martinez treated the members of the gang with respect which all of them are loyal towards him. He knows everything about the incidents at La Mugre by acting as an eye and and ear of Los Muertos.
