Juan Pablo Aliso, also known as Welsh, is a minor antagonist in the Dexter television franchise.
He was a mob enforcer and drug dealer working for Hector Estrada. When Estrada discovered that Laura Moser was spying on him for the police, he, Santos Jimenez, and Eliso went to kill her. Laura, her sons Brian and Dexter and three drug addicts were captured and locked in a shipping crate to be killed.
Jimenez killed everyone but Brian and Dexter with a chainsaw while Aliso and Estrada stood guard outside. The three of them fled the scene as the police arrived. Aliso was later killed in a drug deal gone wrong.
Juan, Jimenez and Estrada appeared again in a brief flashback during Season 1, episode 10.
