~ The Judge sentencing Dog Man. |
The Judge is a minor antagonist in the Dog Man franchise.
He is the corrupt and evil judge of the town where Dog Man and his friends live.
History[]
In Dog Man: Brawl of the Wild[]
He tells Dog Man and Chief that Dog Man is guilty of a previous night robbery (even though it was F.L.E.A.S in Dog Man's guise) and orders him fourteen dog years of hard labor, despite Chief's efforts to agree with him. Later, Sarah Hatoff tries to reason with him by saying that she has evidence that proves the Dog Man was innocent, but he says that his decision is final. He then tells her no when she says they can show him. He then falls into the hole that the Gassy Behemoth Studios Guard kept falling into. They later appear trying to get out of the hole until Dippy places a danger sign on their heads which causes them to fall back into the hole. Later, they try to get out of the hole again, but the door to the theater is slammed on them by F.L.E.A.S and they fall back into the hole. Later, the two finally get out of the hole and tell the heroes that someone has to pay for the damage Claymation Philly did to the theater until the Dog Jail Warden crashes into them, causing all three of them to fall into the hole. Then the dog poo can is tipped over and all the dog poo falls into the hole.
In Dog Man: The Scarlet Shedder[]
The Judge reappears in The Scarlet Shedder, where he officiates at the wedding of the Chief and Nurse Lady. When Li'l Petey and Molly sing the traditional wedding chorus, they turn it into a potty with a humorous song about people's clothes falling off, including the judge who was...

He then asks the two kids what's wrong with them and Nurse Lady tells him to relax and calls him Judgy Wudgy. Li'l Petey and Molly then repeat it to him and he angrily tells the two to sit down. He angrily asks Nurse Lady if she's taking Chief, to which she says yes, and says the same to Chief, to which he also says yes. He tells them to put a ring on it and make it snappy. Being the best man, Dog Man ran over the judge to give the Chief a ring, causing him to jump in the air and hit his head on the way down. He tells the new couple to scram, but first the two kiss (with Dog Man joining in on the fun).
Soon Chief throws his hat and tells the cops whoever catches him will be the boss while he goes on his honeymoon. Then Maude grabs the hat. She then chases Dog Man for giving her skunk smell (as he chased the skunk who sprayed him). Meanwhile, the judge tells the wedding guests to get lost before he smells the skunk spray. Maude and Dog Man then run him over again, causing him to land on his head anf he ran into City Hall and soon gave chase. However, he trips over a sign next to the stairs, causing him to land and break a pillar, destroying the newly rebuilt City Hall (as it was destroyed in Grime and Punishment). He then blames it on Maude before the two of them blame Dog Man. 80-HD then grabs Dog Man and sends him home, as the skunk that sprayed Dog Man sprays Maude and the judge. However, the two corrupt officials decide to team up against Dog Man and later Chief in order to be unstoppable.
They later kidnap Dog Man and steal the Supa Buddies costumes while entering the courtroom. He tells Dog Man that he is being charged with moral turpitude, and everyone (except Li'l Petey, Petey the Cat, and 80-HD) agrees. He then unlawfully sentences Dog Man to infinity in prison and later plan to the same thing to Chief once he gets back on his honeymoon. He and Maude later create identical A.I. Buddies to do their work for them because they are doing "important things" (which is just social media and watching cat videos). Towards the end of the book, Chief returns and receives his hat from Maude. However, the two are too focused on their phones to care.
