Judge Zeller is a minor antagonist in Fallout 4. He is the leader of his Raider gang called Zeller's Army. His main base of operation is in the East Boston Preparatory School.
He is voiced by Mathew Yang King.

Background[]
Zeller is the leader of his raider gang located in the East Boston Preparatory School in the Commonwealth. Zeller recruits his members by brainwashing and torturing them. Zeller's methods of torture include pulling teeth, burning the victims soles of their feet and threats of being eaten alive by rats. The people of Bunker Hill had made a treaty with Zeller for him not to interfere with their caravans. Which was kept for a while, but Zeller would eventually break the treaty and would start raiding Bunker Hill's caravans again.
Fallout 4[]
After Zeller broke the treaty with the settlement of Bunker Hill, Mayor Kessler enlists the Sole Survivor's help to kill Zeller and his Gang in order to put an end to the caravan raids. After the Sole Survivor arrives at the school and fight their way though his gang, they eventually find and kill Judge Zeller. Finally putting an end to his reign of terror.
Trivia[]
- Zeller will not appear in the game until the Sole Survivor accepts the quest from Kessler.
- Like all the Raiders in the school, there will be a note called: Blood Contract. Where they swear their loyalty to the Judge and Jury.
