Judge Zeller is a minor antagonist in 'Fallout 4. He is a leader of a Raider gang called Zeller's army.His man base of operation was in the East Boston Preparatory School.
Zeller is the leader of raider gang located in the East Boston Preparatory School in the Commonwealth. Zeller recruits his members by brainwashing and torturing them. Zeller's methods other torture include pulling teeth,burning the victims soles of there feet and threats of being eaten alive by rats. The people of Bunker hill have somehow made a treaty with zeller for him not to interfere with there caravans that was kept for a while but Zeller eventually broke the treaty and started to raid the caravans again.
Fallout 4[]
After Zeller broke the treaty with bunker hill its mayor Kessler enlisted the Sole Survivor to kill Zeller and his Gang to put a end to the caravan raiding.After Sole Survivor arrives at the school and fighting there way though his gang they eventuality finds and kills Judge Zeller finally punting an end to his reign of terror.
Trivia[]
Zeller will not appear in the game until getting the quest from Kessler.
Like all Raiders in the school after his death there will be a note called blood contract swearing his loyalty to the judge and jury.
