She is an aspiring social media influencer who joins Total Drama, bent on winning the million dollars prize like every contestant. However, after her teammate MK exposes her as the team merge approaches, Julia drops her affable facade and starts targeting everyone as long as she can find her way into the finale.
Julia has long honey blonde hair and grayish-purple eyes. She wears a white crop tank top, light azure ripped denim shorts, gray thin bracelets on both of her wrists. a white necklace, and light ochre shoes.
In her audition tape, Julia wears various outfits, such as:
A turquoise swimsuit with her hair tied up using a pink scrunchie.
A yellow dress, a white hat with a pink ribbon, and golden hoop earrings.

Julia is the first Total Drama contestant since Duncan to give a wedgie to another contestant.
Following Total Drama tradition, Julia suffers a fitting punishment upon being eliminated in the season (in her case two) where she was the main villain; In Julia's case, in her first season, she prematurely bought several things she wished to get with the prize money confident that she would make it to the finale with Bowie and that Priya and Millie had been eaten by the cave monster, so their survival and Bowie's betrayal leads to Julia being eliminated later that night, now indebted with orders that she can't pay, with the Drone of Despair taking her away of Camp Wawanakwa before she could cancel said orders. Then she makes it all the way to the finale in her second season but loses thanks to the efforts of Wayne and Caleb plus gets part of her hair eaten by the dinosaur she insulted a season ago.
Although her label describes her as the "Evil in Human Form", it's fair to agree that Julia is nowhere near as bad as the likes of Mal and Scarlett, who are considered as two of the vilest characters in the show.
Julia's design has been confirmed by Fresh TV to have been inspired by one of the three daughters of Jennifer Pertsch, the co-creator of Total Drama.
Despite MK exposing her to her followers, Julia eventually became friends with her in the second reboot season. This is most likely due to the fact MK indirectly made Julia gain more followers as the followers now preferred the real Julia.
It's hinted in the second reboot season that Julia may have a strained and now distant relationship with her family due to being forced to work by her parents at their bakery, straining their relationship to the point of her just referring to them by their first names "Greg and Judy" and talking to them through lawyers at her disposal. She also bullies her sister Megan, calling her unattractive, and Zee mentions That She once stole from her grandmother.
Julia has caused the most eliminations in Total Drama (2024), She eliminated Bowie, Damien, Nichelle, MK, Raj, Zee, and Priya
She told everyone that Bowie is the one Behind the Cheating, which causes him to get eliminated.
She stole Damien's Invincibility idol, which causes Damien to get eliminated.
She made a fake contract to trick Nichelle into thinking it was from Hollywood, which causes Nichelle to quit.
She Made Zee told Caleb's Secret, with Zee revealing everyone else's secrets in public, which causes the contestants to get exposed and vote for Zee.
She convinced everyone to vote for MK.
She uses her invincibility idol that she stole from Damien, which causes Priya to get eliminated.
She told to Priya that Raj and Wayne were going to vote for Caleb, and if Priya doesn't vote Raj, Caleb would have been the one who got eliminated.
She is also the contestant who eliminated most people only behind Alejandro who eliminated 10 people Heather who eliminated 12 people, in her count it's 7 people counting the Total Drama Island (2023).
