Julian Vincent is the secondary antagonist of the 2013 buddy cop comedy film The Heat. He is a sadistic and vicious mass murderer who is the right-hand man of dangerous crime lord Simon Larkin.
He was portrayed by Michael McDonald, who also played Stuart Larkin in the hit sketch comedy TV series MADtv.

Julian Vincent is also known to be a highly dangerous criminal who is known for blowing people with some explosives, but Vincent explained his passion is to cut people up. He leads a gang of drug traffickers under Larkin's command and ship the drugs from elsewhere to Boston, Massachusetts.
Biography[]
When FBI Agent Sarah Ashburn and Det. Shannon Mullins are tasked to track down the drug lord Simon Larkin, they stumble upon a warehouse where they see Julian executing a drug dealer for failing him. They get compromised, but are fortunate to subdue him and his henchmen. Julian is taken into custody, where Mullins coerces him into talking by attempting to fire into his scrotum, causing him to frantically answer he is unaware of the whereabouts of Larkin.
Julian escapes custody while being transferred, however. Shannon and Sarah discover this after a car explodes after a vivid drinking party at the club. The two agents search around town, gathering intel from drug dealers and addicts, and uncover his current location.
The girls equip themselves with ammo and weapons, and prepare to assault the drug lord's hideout. After seemingly having defeated Vincent and his men after dropping an exploding bag towards them, they are unfortunately captured and Vincent is willing to torture them. He starts off by stabbing Ashburn in the leg, but is forced to pause the torture as Larkin is summoning him. Mullins manages to move herself while tied to the chair and take the knife, with her tied hands and cut the ropes of her tied hands. However, Julian returns and it is revealed that one of the agents of the police was Simon Larkin the entire time. Before leaving, Larkin orders his right-hand to eliminate the two girls. Vincent is however incapacitated by the loose Mullins, and is taken into custody again.
