Biography[]
This Julius is a virtual reconstruction of the original 3rd Street Saints gang leader Julius Little, created by the Zin Empire and placed inside the Virtual Steelport where The Boss was being kept. This Julius retains the memories of his former self.
Prior to this, the original Julius Little had ran the 3rd Street Saints in the original Saints Row and was involved in helping lead the takeover of Stilwater. After being arrested by the authorities, he attempted to kill The Boss (known originally as Playa), feeling the 3rd Street Saints were out of control with their violence. The Boss was put in a coma during a boat explosion when meeting mayoral candidate Richard Hughes, putting them in a coma. When The Boss reawakened years later and revived the 3rd Street Saints gang, The Boss got revenge on Julius by executing him with a bullet to the head.
After rescuing Benjamin King (Julius' real life former friend) from his simulation, Julius appears as a target for security deletion. When the Boss goes to assassinate him, Julius arrives with Vice Kings members as his backup. Julius harnesses the use of superpowers and attacks the Boss. Once Julius is defeated, he is unlocked as a homie to serve The Boss and the 3rd Street Saints.
Julius also appears as the main boss in the second super powered Fight Club activity, and he is described as a blast from the past.
