In "The Bad Guy Club For Villains", Jumbo Shrimp appeared and teamed up with Man Ray, The Dirty Bubble, Atomic Flounder, and Sinister Slug in an organization called The BGATFBC. Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy spied on them and followed them to Motel Evil, where they'd attack them in the room where their meeting was going to be held. When they arrived at their meeting room, Jumbo Shrimp noticed that Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy were already there and he questioned why they were there.
The Bad Guy Club For Villains fought with Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. Jumbo Shrimp grabbed Mermaid Man by the arms and slapped him with his tail, telling the latter not to tussle with his team. Later, Mermaid Man used the Bronze Hairnet's hairnet to catch all of the members of the team inside of it, including Jumbo Shrimp.
The BGATFBC explained to Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy that their organization's acronym stood for "Bad Guys All Together For Book Club" and that all they were doing was reading books. Jumbo Shrimp told Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy that they could not imprison them for reading. Mermaid Man said that Jumbo Shrimp was right. Nobody could imprison them for reading and they were free to go.
In "Captain Pipsqueak", Plankton watched an episode of Mermaid Man & Barnacle Boy, where the league of E.V.I.L. had the titular characters tied up and suspended over a pool of boiling hot lava. Included, were Man Ray, Dirty Bubble, Jumbo Shrimp, and Notodoris. At the end of the episode, E.V.I.L. announced that they were recruiting a fifth member to join their team, inspiring Plankton to go down to the dumpster where they lived and audition for the part.
Jumbo Shrimp sat in the audience, when several other villains tried out for the part but, like the other members of the team, he was unsatisfied with most of them. Finally, he was wowed by Plankton's performance and agreed with everyone else on their choice to accept him onto the team, after hearing his promise to enforce world domination.
Jumbo Shrimp joined Plankton in his plans to wreak havoc on Bikini Bottom in doing things like shaking down a hot dog store and eating the stolen food and also putting a flaming bag of snail poop on the doorstep of The Foot.
Finally, Jumbo Shrimp joined Plankton in his ultimate evil plan to rob The Krusty Krab and steal the Krabby Patty secret formula. However, when he found out what Plankton's true intentions were, he realized how stupid of a villain he was and how incompetent he'd be at taking over the world like he promised. Plus, Jumbo Shrimp loved Krabby Patties and the last thing he'd want is to put his favorite restaurant out of business. Jumbo Shrimp and the rest of E.V.I.L. kicked Plankton out of the group, returned the formula to Mr. Krabs, and trapped Plankton in a bottle of hot sauce, while they all celebrated and ate Krabby Patties together
