The Jungle Lands King is a minor antagonist in the Netflix animated series Maya and the Three.
He was the king of the jungle lands, the father of the widowed queen and Chimi's archenemy, after she beat him and stole the Golden Bow, he would order extreme destruction in the jungle killing several animals and destroying Chimi's home.
He was portrayed by Jorge R. Gutierrez.
Biography[]
He was the monarch of the jungle lands and it is known that he had a wife with whom he would have a daughter. He later died of unknown causes but would keep his skeleton on his throne as a memory. One day, he organized an archery event to test his warriors and see who was most loyal to him or was the best archer to become his bodyguard, suddenly, from among the trees, a young masked girl would emerge who would manage to hit all the whites, leaving the king surprised. He quickly asked her to come closer only to reveal that it was the human who they called "El Monstruo Blanco."
Despite everything, he gave him the Golden Bow that the Tecas had given him, but Chimi would quickly hit the king and flee with the bow. In revenge, the king ordered the jungle to be burned, in doing so he caused a lot of destruction and killed several animals where Chimi's monkey friend, Monkey, would also be.
After that, it is known that he died of unknown causes, which caused his daughter to take the throne. After Maya sacrificed herself to destroy the god Mictlan, he would return in spirit form to reunite with his daughter.
