Jurg Yeliashkevych is a major antagonist in season seven of Dexter.
Jurg Yeliashkevych is the extremely loyal and protective bodyguard of Isaak Sirko, who is first seen alongside him in Ukraine when George Novikov calls him. He's next seen with Isaak once again in The Fox Hole at Miami where George works, suspicious of him on the disappearance of his secret lover who was murdered by Dexter Morgan. George however is able to convince Isaak he had nothing to do with his vanishing. When Isaak Sirko meets with a man named Tony Rush, a bouncer at The Fox Hole, he's murdered by him for giving Viktor Baskov's name to the MMPD after he was arrested since he was dating a stripper that Viktor had murdered.
After Isaak Sirko is arrested, Jurg still proves faithful to Isaak and the Koshka Brotherhood by protecting George Novikov on Isaak's orders, and then immediately returns to Isaak once he's released. Isaak and Jurg return to their apartment where they find the body of a hitman dead on their floor who was sent to kill Isaak, but was instead killed himself by Dexter. Jurg recommends to Isaak that they return to Ukraine where it's more safe, but Isaak recognizes the dead hitman as one of George's men. Isaak offers Jurg the opportunity to return home himself, but Jurg refuses, proving his loyalty to him once again.
Later, Jurg informs Isaak that George has sent two more hitmen after him who have worked with him in the past, Oleg Mickic and Benjamin Caffrey. To force Dexter to help them deal with their current problems, they kidnap his girlfriend Hannah McKay, and leaves her in the protection of Jurg who is ordered to kill her if she tries to escape. While Jurg is playing video games the next day in the apartment, Hannah makes a meal for him, intentionally making it too spicy for him to handle and Hannah takes the opportunity to kill Jurg by beating him to death with a lamp, but not before getting stabbed herself.

Trivia[]
Jurg's role in season seven is very similar to Cole Harmon's role in season five, being the bodyguard to the main antagonist of their season, with Cole protecting Jordan Chase of the Barrel Girl Gang.
