Dr. Jurgen Von Scratchansniff is a minor antagonist in the 2020 Animaniacs reboot, serving as the main antagonist of the episode "The Island of Dr. Warnerau". He is the twin brother of Otto Von Scratchansniff. Much like his brother, he is voiced by Rob Paulson.
Biography[]
Jurgen and Otto were twin brothers who were inseparable. The two of them grew up to be doctors with Otto becoming a psychiatrist and Jurgen becoming a surgeon. However, that changed when Otto had to give therapy to the Warners. Otto became engrossed in his work that he and Jurgen became distant.
Angered, by this, Jurgen swore vengeance against the Warners for taking his brother away from him leaving to a deserted island where he began creating his own set of Warners. Upon doing so, he forced them to do everything he commanded them to.
Eventually, the actual Warners end up on his island, so he reveals himself to them as the brother of Otto. However, after telling his story, he finds that the Warners were quick to stop listening to him, so he brings them to his laboratory and has three of his clones capture the originals so he could dissect them for parts. However, the Warners convince all the copies to stand up for themselves, prompting them to release the originals, tickle Jurgen and send him floating away on a raft. He is shortly eaten by a whale afterward.
