Justin was an inmate on a prison Bus stationed for prison.

History[]
Justin was born to a wealthy family and had a brother, Justin himself was an entrunper, part of the white collar branch. He inducted in a pyramid scheme, and gained over a million dollars, before being apprehended by the police. It might be speculated he was running out of cash and was possibly going to be bankrupt.
Day of the Apocalypse[]
On the first day of the apocalypse, He sat in front of two other inmates: Danny and Vince. Danny would play chicken, yanking his chains, while Justin irritated, yanked back, urged him to cut out the foolishness. After this the trio dicussed their crimes, Justin himself admitted that he had no regrets, claiming he carried his victims for years, and didn't get any respect, and same went over at Wall Street, with the victims laughing up they are getting their just fun.
Later after Vince mentions to his past, two inmates begin to argue, to the point one uses his chains to strangle the other, while the police guards only shout the guards, it is only until the guard with a shotgun blasts Crabtree's head off clean. Where Justin angered asks what kind of demand was that to blow off the man's head, as the guard struggling to come up with an answer. The Guard then gets upset when the inmates tell him to toughen up, when the guard raises his weapon. Justin tries to triage, it isn't until Danny stands up and defends his friends.
Later they all witness the outbreak in full force, as two girls force to leave their friend bitten and devoured by a walker. Justin in horror mutters if they really saw that, like if it was some kind of film or dream, but they all agree they saw what happened. Danny tells the driver to get the bus moving, and to prison possibly, but the guard subterfuges claiming that won't be moving as the bus is heavily protected, that is until one of the inmates turns into a walker, bitting and infecting the guard. Justin turns his attention to the driver, demanding he calls their commanding officer, but the driver leaves the bus entirely to their fates.
Justin, Danny and Vince then work together to kill the reanimated inmate, when Vince blasts the man in the head, Justin reguritates upon seing his head splatter all of the seat. Apologizing for the mess, Justin and the two now need to a find a way out. Justin/Vince (determiant) discover the guard didn't have the keys, leading Justin to believe they were at the front driver's seat, but they are chained to the floor. However Danny spots another guard, which happens to be walker, who along with more walkers, begin to all break through the gate.
Vince tries a number of tricks such as destroying a window, chain and even shooting the walker, but to no avail.
With all options exhausted, Danny comes with a plan, shooting their foot with the cuffs, Justin calls him out for being a lunatic, questioning what would happen if the latter collar was blown off with their foot. While Danny jests saying what would happen if they just stand around still on the bus, Danny tries to snatch the gun from Vince's hands but Vince points it at both of them.
Shooting Danny's foot[]
Vince decides to shoot Danny's foot, ironic as he was the one who founded this idea. Danny insults them for doing so, Justin urges him to shoot it swiftly, while Danny pleads Vince to shoot Justin instead as he will slow him down, instead Danny's foot is blown off, as Justin and Vince leave the bus, but Danny tries to follow. Justin and Vince stick around with each other up until somewhere around 100 to 350 days. Justin learned another camp, and went off on his to find it, however he might've either gotten lost or died from walkers or human, as his fate is left ambiguous. His choice would eventually be the conduit to Vince going to Tavia's when she arrived to find him and other Gill's pit stop survivor crew.
Shooting Justin's foot[]
Vince decides to shoot Justin's foot, pleading to him that he can't, Justin hilariously tries to scurry away, pleading that he has a family, but his pleas fall off deaf ears, where his shot and screams in pain, instead the collar doesn't come off with one shot, Danny tells him to blast him again, shooting his foot off and leaving Justin to his fate. But Justin tries to chase after Vince, but Vince and Danny escape. Justin manages to get off the bus, only to chase down by walkers and devoured.
Later on day 184, if Russell doesn't go with Nate he discovers a small group of Walkers, among them is a zombified Justin, crawling, as he doesn't have a foot.
