The unnamed rapist of Justin Foley is a minor antagonist in the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why. He was the drug-addicted boyfriend of Anna Foley who would rape her son, being the main cause of his trauma.
Biography[]
Nothing is known about him other than the fact he was a crazed drug addict would start dating the downtrodden Anna Foley at some point. When she would pass out, he would rape her 5-year-old son Justin by putting his hands on him, having him grab his erect penis then jerking off with his hands in his mouth.
Afterwards, he would continue to live with the family on and off for a few years. It is unknown what become of him in the present, but he would be a leading source for the trauma Justin deals with up to the present day.
