Kagami Mikage is a cousin of Aya and Aki Mikage and the CEO of Mikage International. He was formerly head of the company's research and development team, and through this, he masterminds the C-Project, a plan to further his own agenda through the descendants of tennyo.
He is working to reach his ideal woman in Aya, since he saw in a picture of Ceres when he was just a little boy, but he was beaten up and abused by his mother, who was sent to a psychiatric hospital.
He employed Toya with promises of giving his memories back to protect Aki and Aya.
