Kaima Todoroki is a participant in the Desire Royale who transforms into Kamen Rider Seeker and the secondary antagonist of Kamen Rider Geats x Kamen Rider Revice: Movie Battle Royale.

He is portrayed by Yusuke Onuki.

Biography

Kaima was the son of Eiichi Todoroki, a prominent Japanese politician who used his influence to bail Kaima out whenever he got in legal trouble. Eiichi would later make a deal with Colus to sponsor his Desire Royale game in exchange for him allowing Kaima to enter. Kaima sought to win the game and use his wish to make his father the Prime Minister of Japan, giving him the power to do whatever he wanted.

However, Girori killed Colus and retook control of the Desire Grand Prix, changing the final round to a "Deer Hunt" where Seeker was the final boss. Confronted by Kamen Riders Revi, Vice and Geats, Kaima was outmatched by them and defeated. With Kaima's elimination, his father's dream to become Prime Minister was unfulfilled.
