Kallavan is a major antagonist in the action adventure manhwa series Tower of God. He is currently a High Ranker and a former staff sergeant and corps commander of Zahard's army. He is now a company commander.

Kallavan is a very disciplined and warlike man within Zahard's Army, deeply loyal to Zahard but also possessing a strong sense of honor. He follows orders strictly, setting aside personal feelings, and sees missions as his priority. However, he deeply values his men, to the point where their loyalty to him over Zahard led to their removal.
He despises dishonorable actions, as seen in his reaction to the Wall’s inhabitants disregarding Dowon's sacrifices. His grief over his men’s deaths pushed him to betray Lyborick, even temporarily allying with Baam to take revenge and reclaim his position.
