Kamella is a supporting antagonist in the Super Mario Galaxy video game series.
She is a gigantic Magikoopa who possesses stronger powers than the regular type, such as summoning Koopa Troopa shells and fireballs using her wand.
She was voiced by Atsushi Masaki, who also voiced Kamek in various other Super Mario games.
Physical appearance[]
Kamella wears a matching dark-purple robe and witch hat. She has white nails and dark green lipstick. Her legs are hidden by the dress which has a white underskirt, a red crest at the neck, and red accents on the neckline and sleeves. She also wears purple spectacles with circular lenses. She uses a brown magic wand which takes its energy from a Power Star.

Super Mario Galaxy[]
Kamella appears first in Space Junk Galaxy in the level mission Kamella's Airship Attack. After the player traverses a galaxy littered with space junk, they arrive at an airship which Kamella and other Magikoopas are in control of. Kamella encounters the player and begins to attack them, summoning Magikoopas, fireballs and green shells.
The player takes the green shells either from Kamella's spell or nearby Koopas Troopa, and throws them at Kamella. After being knocked three times by a green shell, Kamella is defeated.
She then appears in Deep Dark Galaxy in the mission The Underground Ghost Ship. Here, Kamella and other Magikoopas have invaded the space and attack the player in a similar format to her previous appearance. However, during the battle, Kamella fights the player on the crow's nest of the ship, reducing the size of playable space.
Kamella appears later in a Prankster Comet challenge where the player must defeat her with only one health point.
