Kamen Rider Dark Decade is an evil version of Kamen Rider Decade that appears in the videogame Kamen Rider Climax Heroes as the hidden main antagonist, And later on, he would act as the major post-humous antagonist of its sequel: Kamen Rider Climax Heroes W. Just like Decade, he uses Kamen Ride Cards and transforms in the nine previous Heisei Main Kamen Riders.
He was Voiced by Masahiro Inoue, Who also voiced and acted as the Original Decade.
Biography[]
Very little is known about the story of Dark Decade, However in multiple dialogues where he interacts with either the current Decade or Diend he ends up revealing that he is an alternate version of Tsukasa that was indirectly created by him, This version of him never leaved the Dai-Shocker organization and stayed being the leader. Later in his winning screen, He also confirms that his dimension was already taken over by Dai-Shocker after he Spree-Killed multiple riders without any mercy, Which shows that he has complete control over his A.R world and that there is apparently no hope for his universe to be saved.
Later, The game implies in Decade's arcade mode that both him and his dark counterpart fought to the death, With the other riders supporting the current decade, Despite the intense scenario and clear advantage of Dark Decade due to his almost godly powers, the real Tsukasa managed to end up winning after tricking him, Presumably killing him in the process, It is also implied that in the middle of the battle, Multiple riders end up dying in the attempt to stop Dark Decade.
In Climax Heroes: W, He is mentioned a couple of times and he is even shown being playable that is seen as a kind of 'Ghost' of himself for the other riders, With him tormenting them even after his supposed death.
Personality[]
Meanwhile the current Decade usually acts like a Jerk and Egomaniac who despite everything has good and actually kind goals and actions, Dark Decade shows straight sadism and sociopathy during his interaction, Showing that he has apparently no remorse for what he has done, This gets even more disturbing when he shows his perversion to dominate the new A.R world where the other riders lived, And In his winning screen he mentions that he has archived complete perfection, showing arrogance and God complex, although, he is indeed right about it, Specially when looking at his vast amount of powers and abilities.
Despite looking apparently irredeemable, Dark Decade does show small amounts of insecurity about his actions, But he tries to tone it down, Thinking that "He is just making the A.R world even better".
Kamen Rider Dark Decade[]
Like Decade, Dark Decade can transform into any previous Kamen Rider with access to that respective Rider's powers and weapons.
Complete Form[]
Complete Form is the true form of Dark Decade that is able to manipulate the power of other Riders' final forms, accessed through the K-Touch. He wears the Dark Decade Complete Kamen Ride Card on his helmet, embedded in the Dark Decade Crown, and the others' Kamen Ride Cards on his chest.

A belt based around the Rider Cards. By inserting a card into the Dark Decadriver Dark Decade can invoke the cards' abilities. In Complete Form, the Dark Decadriver is moved to the right side of his belt.

Like Decade, Dark Decade has card-based weaponry and powers: the Rider Cards. Unlike Decade, he doesn't have Final Form Ride Cards.

- Kuuga:Dark Decade uses the card to assume Kuuga's Mighty Form.
- Agito:Dark Decade uses this card to assume the form of Agito's Ground Form.
- Ryuki:Dark Decade uses the card to assume the form of Ryuki.

- Blade:Dark Decade uses the card to assume the form of Blade Ace form.
- Hibiki:Dark Decade uses the card to assume the form of Hibiki.

Attack Ride Cards[]
The Attack Rider Cards allow Dark Decade to perform any of his own attacks, or a signature attack of whatever Kamen Rider he has transformed into.
- Blast: Grants the Ride Booker's Gun Mode rapid fire capabilities.
- Slash: Increases the damage done by the Ride Booker's Sword Mode.
Final Attack Ride Cards[]
The Final Attack Ride Cards are Dark Decade's most powerful attacks, used for finishing off enemies.
- Dark Decade: Dark Decade performs Dark Decade Unlimited, Dark Decade Complete Form's Rider Kick, in which Dark Decade locks the opponent in a dimension that depicts the nine original worlds and then the ten Heisei Rider symbols as Dark Decade hits the target with the Rider Kick.
K-Touch[]
The Final Kamen Terminal K-Touch is a special touchscreen cell phone designed to attach onto the Dark Decadriver replacing the card slot, which is moved to his right hip, allowing Dark Decade to transform into Complete Form.

- Although Dark Decade never appeared in human form, he was voiced by Masahiro Inoue, just like Decade. The narration before his battle suggest that he's an alternate dimensional version of Tsukasa, most likely from the World of Negatives or an A.R. World similar to that one.
