Kandachi (in Japanese: カンダチ, Kandachi) is an anime-exclusive villain serving as the main antagonist of the Past Konoha episode "Gutsy Master and Student: The Training".
He was voiced by Setsuji Satō in the Japanese version, and by Christopher Corey Smith in the English dubbed version.
Biography[]
When Pain murdered Hanzō, Kandachi and his Ame ninja group fled and came across a village which had a magnetic field that disrupts chakra flow. Sukune, the village leader fought well, but was murdered by Kandachi's summon, the Conch King. He held the children hostage and threatened to kill them if his hiding were leaked.
Naruto (under the guise of Tanishi) and Jiraiya came across the village in the present when they were alerted to Kandachi's tyranny. Naruto's cover is blown when Tanishi arrives, thus Kandachi threatens to feed the villagers to the Conch King.
Then, Naruto and Jiraiya fight a desperate battle with the former being at a disadvantage against the Conch King. In the end, Naruto blasted a Big Ball Rasengan, finally defeating Kandachi and his summon.
It is later presumed that Kandachi was murdered by Pain.
