Kanigabura is a crab-themed monster of the Satan Empire and an antagonist in episodes 22 and 23 of The Kagestar.
He is voiced by the late Mahito Tsujimura, who previously voiced Kiba Inoshishi and Haedobura in the same series as well as Mezalord in Akumaizer 3.
Biography[]
Kanigabura first appeared when it arose out of the ground to assist Kinokonga in his battle against Kagestar and Bellestar. Kanigabura and Kinokonga fought Kagestar in a two-on-one fight, but Kagestar managed to destroy Kinokonga with his "Kage Kick", prompting Kanigabura to exit the scene.
Kanigabura would later begin targeting civilians who shopped at the Kazamura Fishing Shop. While a boy named Kenichi and his mother were going scuba diving from a boat, Kanigabura killed the mother, leading the boy to swear revenge. Kanigabura would later disguise himself as an older man in order to enter the fishing shop in a plot to kidnap several of Kageo and Suzuko's allies. After close to them, Kanigabura and his Satan Empire Combatants were able to kidnap their friends and hold them hostage against Kagestar and Bellestar. However, Kenichi, Inspector Tonda and Detective Nakihara showed up to rescue the hostages, allowing Kagestar and Bellestar to continue fighting against Kanigabura and his combatants. Kanigabura attempted to flee, but Kagestar threw his cape at him to slow him down, before fighting him and destroying him with his "Kage Kick".
