The Kapitan or Captain , is the head-prison owner of the 1999 horror-gore movie respectfully known as The Green Elephant.
He was portrayed by Anatoly Osmolovsky.
History
After Bratishka (Brother) and Poekhavshiy (Nutcase) got into a feud again, the Captain entered their cell. Bratishka has been forced by the guard to clean the toilet again, while the Captain asks what is going on, and starts asking Nutcase various war- Pear Harbor related questions. Nutcase does not answer anything right, and Nutcase gets beaten up by the guard. While Captain orders the guard to bring him tea, which he does, but the Captain spills the tea on the guard, because the tea tastes like piss.
