Karai is the secondary antagonist of the 2016 videogame Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan. She is the second in command of the Foot Clan and Shredder's right hand-woman.
She was voiced by Tammy Nishimura
History[]
Karai is first encountered on a construction site, planting bombs with the objective of distracting the Turtles so they don't notice the invasion that is to come. After the TMNT defeat her Foot soldiers, she confronts them initiating a boss fight, and can be joined by Shredder on high difficulties. The turtles defeat her, but she escapes using a jetpack, (leaving Michelangelo envious).
She returns once again during the battle against Mega Krang, (albeit as a secret boss), but she is defeat again, this time for good.

- She and the other characters in the game are based on their IDW comics counterparts.
- She is the only female boss in the game.
- She is also the only character that has fought side by side with the two main villains of the game (Shredder and Krang).
