Karasuga is a crow-themed monster of the Satan Empire and an antagonist in episode 29 of The Kagestar.

He is voiced by Tetsuya Kaji, who previously voiced Dokugaruda in the same series and also voiced Sarracenian in Kamen Rider and Galaxy King in 7 Riders vs. Galaxy King.

Biography

Karasuga was tasked by Doctor Satan with targeting Suzuko Kazamura. For his first scheme, Karasuga had one of his crows hide inside of Suzuko's birthday cake. As Suzuko and her friends cut into the cake, Karasuga's crow revealed itself and began spewing poison gas, but Suzuko, Kageo and the others managed to evade the gas and escape.

For Karasuga's next attempt, he kidnapped a mother and her daughter in order to lure Kagestar and Bellestar out. Bellestar managed to locate the hostages in a secret Satan Empire base underneath a manhole and Kagestar went to rescue them, only for it to turn out to be a trap by Karasuga as Kagestar was imprisoned behind metal bars along with them. Karasuga then had one of his Satan Empire Combatants turn on a switch to a machine that would fill the cell with poison gas, but Bellestar suddenly appeared and sliced the bars with her cape to free Kagestar and the mother and daughter. After Kagestar beat up Karasuga, the four escaped out the manhole. Karasuga attempted to pursue them, but Kagestar held the manhole shut while the room filled with gas.

Karasuga would later make another attempt to take out Kagestar and Bellestar by creating a device that would send them to another plane of existence. Karasuga first targeted Kageo and Suzuko's friends and used his device to trape them in the four-dimensional plane. Karasuga then lured Kageo and Suzuko out and sent combatants to attack them. When the two transformed into Kagestar and Bellestar, Karasuga used the device on them as well to send them to the pocket dimension. However, Kagestar had left Kagerobee outside the dimension and used it to attack Karasuga, breaking the device and freeing everyone trapped inside the pocket world.

Bellestar led everyone else to safety before joining Kagestar in fighting Karasuga. Kagestar defeated Karasuga with his "Ryusei Kick", with Karasuga letting out a cry of "Heil Satan!" before exploding.
