Karazawa is the main antagonist of Guinea Pig: Android of Notre Dame, the fifth installment of the Guinea Pig film series.
Biography[]
Karazawa is a mentally challenged small person medical worker, that is trying his best to save his sister's life. However, we learn that his sister refused to drink her medicine and that she is trying to actually pass away in a way. Karazawa gets called by a man known as Kato, which offers to Karazawa if he wants to buy a deceased women's corpse, so he can try to save his sister. Karazawa pays Kato, and he gets the women's corpse.
Karazawa tries to bring the corpse back to life, but he fails. Kato goes to Karazawa location and tries to give him another offer. Karazawa refuses, and Kato leaves. However, once Kato went outside, a trap made by Karazawa cut Kato's legs off. Off-screen, Karazawa cuts Kato's remaining body and connects Kato's head to a robotic construction. Karazawa forces Kato to tell his wife to come to their location, in order for Karazawa to use his sister's existence. Kato's wife comes to Karazawa location, which escalates in both Kato and his wife dying.
In the end, Karazawa uses Kato's wife for his plan and manages to bring his sister to life since she passed away. Once his sister came back to life, she asks Karazawa why he brought her to life, and that she finally found peace. In the end, we see Karazawa as an old man, connected to his sister's brain, listening to bells made by his sister's brain.
