Combatant Karths are the footsoldiers produced by the Gordom Civilization and antagonists in GoGo Sentai Boukenger.
They are summoned from white rocks carried by Arch Priest Gajah. They are physically weak and rely on their larger numbers to overwhelm opponents. While produced by Gordom, Gajah would occasionally loan them out to other Negative Syndicates, including Dark Shadow and on a few occasions, the Jaryuu Clan.
History[]
Karths were first summoned by Arch Priest Gajah after his reawakening to attack the Boukengers. After Gajah teamed up with Ryuuwon and the Jaryuu Clan to obtain the Brain of Gordom, Gajah sent a horde of his Karths alongside a team of Ryuuwon's Jaryuu Soldiers to hold off the Boukengers.
Soon after Dark Shadow emerged, Gajah approached the organization and proposed they form an alliance, summoning several Karths as an offering. Gekkou of Illusions was unimpressed however after seeing them be easily beaten by his ninjas and declined. Despite this, Gekkou would later decide to take Gajah up on his offer and would borrow Karths for whenever Dark Shadow needed grunts for their operations.
When Ryuuwon stormed into Gajah's lair threatening him for the information he had obtained from Leon Giordana's notes, Gajah provided him with it along with the means to make Karths. Ryuuwon would consequently use Karths alongside his own Jaryuu Soldiers in his next attempt at obtaining a Precious.
