Kasumi Kinugawa is a supporting character in the 2021 roleplay RPG game Blue Archive
She is voiced by Uesaka Sumire.
Personality[]
Kasumi has one goal: developing more hot springs. She firmly believes that any land with a natural spring must be turned into a hot spring, and once she identifies a suitable location, she will stop at nothing to blast through the ground, showing no concern for the surroundings. While she enjoys complete support from her fellow club members, her language and actions are those of a wanted criminal. She shows a smug personality is evident in facial expressions, and will take extreme measures to develop more hot springs, including "letting" defeated opponents "work for free" during the Resort Hunt. Despite her mischievous, child-like appearance, Kasumi has a deep, boyish voice.
