Katha-Hem is a major antagonist from the B.P.R.D.-comics. He is one of the 369 Ogdru Hem, children of the Ogdru Jahad.

Katha-Hem was the third Ogdru Hem to be released on the Earth, and his arrival was the first sign that the world would begin to change.

He was summoned by the Black Flame out of the ether and the eldritch entity began to rampage across the Midwestern United States, turning all humans who ventured too close into frog-creatures. He appeared to be immune to artillery fire, and the US government was ready to use nuclear weapons to kill the entity. Luckily Liz Sherman, with the Spiked Cylinder, managed to burn the creature to death.

Katha-Hem, like most Ogdru Hem, bear a resemblance to Great Old Ones from the Cthulhu-mythos. The entity towered as large as a mountain and stood tripod of spidery legs. It's top was tentacled and has numerous green-toothed maws lining down his trunk.
