Biography[]
Katz was one of the mafiosi who worked for the Artist. He was known as a man who constantly offered to surrender. At some point, Katz was recruited to eliminate Russian KGB agent Fyodor Sokolov. However, the mafia's plans failed. Then Katz suggested that the Artist voluntarily surrender to the authorities. However, his advice was not heeded, and the Artist continued to try to get rid of his sworn enemy. A little later, Katz participated in an operation to kidnap an Arab sheikh (who was actually Sokolov in disguise). However, Sokolov and Mary Star (a CIA operative) thwart the mafia's plans. Katz's fate is unknown; presumably, he was arrested along with the rest of the mafia.
Personality[]
Katz considers himself a cunning and intelligent person, but this is not the case. In fact, Katz is stupid, because the only thing Katz offers every time is voluntary surrender. Also, this factor may indicate the cowardice of the Jewish mafia.
