Kay is a minor villain in the video game Labyrinth of Galleria: The Moon Society.

Kay is the personal maid for Queen Luvalier, one of the Queen consorts in line to become the next ruler of the kingdom after the current king passes away.
One day, after a party at Galleria Mansion, Kay alongside Queen Luvalier would stumble onto the dead body of a child named Romal who had died of natural causes. In a fit of temporary insanity to regain her youth, Queen Luvalier suggested that she and Kay should drink the child's blood in order to regain their youth, Kay was naturally against the idea but Queen Luvalier convinced her by asking if Kay wanted her to bare the sin of the crime alone.
For Queen Luvalier, this would work temporarily, convincing her to start buying orphans and eventually children with parents off of the black market with her shifting from drinking their blood to eating their flesh. Kay would join in due to her vow of not wanting for her mistress to be the only one to bare the sin of her crime. Eventually, Queen Luvalier would meet Madame Marta (Originally Nachiroux) who would use her magic to make her young again, convincing Queen Luvalier to stop and make it so Kay wouldn't have to keep doing it.
After a while, Queen Luvalier and Kay would start to come down with a terrible illness that was slowly killing them, Queen Luvalier would ask Nachiroux to cure them. Nachiroux would reveal that this was a curse and Kay and Queen Luvalier were forced to tell Nachiroux about their crimes. Queen Luvalier and Nachiroux would figure out that the two were cursed by Romal, the first child they ate with Queen Luvalier even seeing his spirit.
Kay would tell Nachiroux about their crimes, however, this would be overheard by Thomas Reitz who would tell everyone, causing a revolution to occur which would kill Queen Luvalier. Kay would run back to the manor where she would be possessed by a spirit from the other world to help protect Nachiroux and Eureka.
The ultimate fate of Kay is unknown, however, when Nachiroux and Eurerka remake the two worlds together, Kay is remade as well.
